Failed Deployment

I am trying to deploy mods and when I do so it gives me an error telling me another application has locked the files... how do I fix this?

it will also tell you what application has them locked. what application does it say has the files locked? (You neglected to include this in your post).

if its the game that has the files locked, then don't run the game while you're modding it.
