METALKECSKEHUN
Nexus mods dont work for me. Not with manual or Vortex install. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/6369?tab=description this is the mod I tried to get to work. (Cloaks of skyrim) Manual install: I extract the contents of the zip to the game's data folder. This mod also requires to activate a .esp file. There are three in total, but only one is needed to be activated. How do I activate .esp files? This mod also has a "FOMOD" which is for activating the desired .esp, but I dont know how to use that either. Vortex install: I have manually set the location to the game's folder (the one with the .exe file). I installed the mod and activated it. Should I do something differently or set a different location? How can I activate .esp files or use a FOMOD? Im new to modding, especially to modding skyrim. Any help is appreciated. HadToRegister
What Drive is Skyrim Installed on?What drive did you set your Mod Staging Folder in Vortex to?You should never try and install a FOMOD mod manually, because the FOMOD mod has a MENU that will open up in Vortex where you can select your options. This is where you check where your Mod Staging Folder is.It should also be set to Hardlink Deployment.
