Watching the Weather Channel this am and the male host used the word "wuther" in reference to very strong winds on the west coast. The female host asked, "Wuther?" and the male host said, "wuther, means to blow hard." and the female host lost it. Obviously, she wasn't thinking about the wind.

Wutha is the same noise I make when blowing my nose!

And Xerography is a dry photocopying technique invented by Chester Carlson in 1938, for which he was awarded U.S. Patent 2,297,691

Carlson originally called his invention electrophotography

That you come by to know, when you are at work, waiting that someone in the tiny photocopy/printer room gets finished, before lunch ends.

Crusher - A Regulating Petty Officer in charge of administration and discipline. Works with/for the Jossman (but I am more familiar with Jaunty). Hence such cryptic conversations as - I was 5 minutes adrift from my run and the Crusher ran me 3 days birds.
