Text On Map Always Showing and In The Way

The text on the world map won't go away so I can't even see where I am it is all a mess anyone have any idea what I can do? Here is a screenshot:

And which mods are you using? Put a complete list here, otherwise solving this will be impossible or even make wild guesses... I have never seen this for sure.

At worst disable a bunch of mods and check if the problems remains etc.
