Odioss
Not familiar with Gimp or using blender to bake the normal. I use photoshop CS4 and nvidia tools normal map filter and save normals as DXT5 ARGB 8bpp interpolated alpha with mip maps (I've also saved as 3dc 8bpp normal map). If you want (if you can't) I could make a new normal for you the way I do it, I just need the regular texture sent to me.That would be soo helpfull thanks. Would you like me to pm you with it, or rather just put it on the first post? Edited June 24, 2013 by Odioss

DaemonGrin
Hmm. Wish I knew more about Blender I only use it to make collision geometry for a few pieces in FNV that lack it or to make new walls that fit a different door. Never had this issue except with Gmax made models (which is why I switched to Blender) Oddly the specular was the problem even though it was black it seemed to do a little switch on me I moved specular to white and the model rendered correctly. I really want to check out your model in nifskope my curiousity is piqued lol.

Polyfemus
I don't know if this is relevent at all but I find that all my custom meshes don't work unless I've the shader effects thingys set this way: http://i.imgur.com/j9hYxF6.png It's probably not relevent at all to your problem though, because my issue was that unless this setting was set up this way the mesh wouldn't appear at all but it seems you've got a texture problem of which I have no idea about. Maybe it has something to do with your Alphas channel thingys set on your nif or something?

Thanks for your imput though,
