And my Navmeshing is a mess Veronica is bouncing off stuff left and right.

NAV meshes will always break, unless you convert your file from an ESP to an ESM (master). This can be done with FNVEdit. If you've never done it before, there's a good video tutorial here.

 

 

Just curious what you mean by always break?

Looking at another mod and how they did they're navmeshing compared to mine. I pretty much just made a giant square so Veronica thinks she walk through shelf and such. I think I have to go back in and completely redo it. I do have my shelving, sinks, oven, and radio set up though so its getting there.

:( Yeah thats going to be fun. Oh well its going to be an awesome(pretty good) First house mod. Atleast it wont be goodsprings doc mitchells house or a shack with a bed.

One serious problem I'm having is getting posters into the game. I was watching this

Tutorial. He goes to world/object pallet editing and then loads stuff. When I try to do the same I get this empty thing. I don't know which files to look for. I went through the normal routine of finding my data folder but that doesn't seem to work what am I doing wrong?

Why does it work for ESM's but not ESP's?

Search me. I don't know if it's a bug in the GECK, or in the game engine itself. This problem also plagues Oblivion, Fallout 3 and Skyrim (possibly even Morrowind). Beth guys never bothered to fix it.

All I can say is that I had some pretty nasty NavMesh problems with one of my mods. All those problems were completely eliminated once I converted the file to an ESM.
