fwe and fook merger help

You need to do more research before you start adding mods that change a large portion of the vanilla game. FOOK & FWE, not going to happen. Choose one or the other.

You can do both with the compatibility patch (I know I've done it on my old computer) and then something happened and now it wont work.

Unless you have written one yourself, there is no patch for that version of FOOK2, that version of FWE, that version of MMM, and that version of PB.
