Moonjelly3 Posted July 27, 2021 Share Posted July 27, 2021 Myself and a few associates are working on a mod for Fallout 4. It involves a hot air balloon. One that is able to carry the Player into a new world space (A vault in Roanoak NC). Any tips or pointers where I should start working on making this work.
