Hello my skyrim is freezing constantly every 5min-1h

My first impression is that your load shows a few overhall type mods along with some known conflicts; Claralux, RLO and COT are known to cause incompatibility with each other as they are all 3 lighting related, You should make a bashed patch after sorting out incompatibilities and bashed patch along with Reproccer/SUM should go at the bottom with bash first then reproccer/sum at very bottom; nothing below them. You should probably reconsider what you do and don't want/need and turn off any mods that make the same changes. Textures can also be a problem if you overdo them, we all want to run on Ultra but our machines beg-to-differ. I'm a moderate machine on high with no shadows...gotta give to take. There are folks better at this than me as i still have issues but Ive learned a lot too.

EDIT; One last note is *scripts, they can do some awesome sh!t but when you've gotten too many then it's game over....like too many people talking at once, you can't accurately underatand every conversation and neither can the computer understand ever script accurately once there is "too many".

 

I make these assumptions since big rigs usuallyt know their systems well but us in the middle and down below often bog our systems down. If Im wrong , excuse me.
