In all honesty, I was unaware of the feedback/bug reporting feature of Vortex. I learn something new about modding everyday. I've submitted a bug report; I didn't mean to bother anyone.

Go into categories on the mods toolbar and click "Retrieve" to resync the list in your instance of Vortex with the website.
