Would this feature be possible in a future version of Vortex?

I download a bunch of mods, there's one mod that has a FOMOD Menu Installer that has install options for Three mods I've downloaded

I go to install the Mod that has a FOMOD Menu that gives options options for the Three Mods I've downloaded, Vortex then says, "Please install these Three mods BEFORE installing THIS mod, because this one contains options for those three mods."

Is that in anyway doable?

A good example would be Legacy of the DragonBorn, it has options/patches for Plenty of Mods it interacts with, so say I have several of those mods downloaded But not installed, and I go to install LOTD FIRST
Now Vortex says, "Wait, you have all these other mods you need to install before this one"

Can it be done?
