tritonforge
I want to remove specific notifications, as they are distracting: - All weapon resist effects - Resisted silvered effect, especially- All weapon critical hits- Sneak attack for 3.0x damage (bow)- Sneak attack for 15.0x damage (dagger) Am I able to do this on my own? How? Edited July 7, 2013 by tritonforge
tritonforge
Can someone try their hand at this?
JobVanDam
I'm not sure how exactly with the CK but with TES5edit look under MSG in Skyrim.esm and search for those strings, then make a mod that replaces that text with a blank space. tritonforge
I'm way too amateur to know how to do that :(
draconisking
I know this is just an alternative, but the Think To Yourself Mod might help. It makes these messages a little more immersive. Just look for it on the Nexus, should be rather easy to find. tritonforge
Thanks for the suggestion, but it's really the appearance of text that breaks immersion. My eyes go to the corner of the screen just to read "[...] resisted silvered effect"
Predomant
This may not be exactly what your looking for, But this may work. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/35154/? Its a custom HUD mod, You can adjust the size and placement of the notifications. Im not %100 clear if you can make it extremely tiny (unseeable) but its worth a shot.
