  1. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/22793/? It's a great mod adding a lot of old armors from morrowind. It is going to create some problems with IA7 as some of the armors were already incorporated by that mod.
  2. The hidden hideouts cities edition mod (just look it up on the nexus, it should appear directly) adds some as well, also these have safe storage as they can basicly be used as player homes.
  3. You could also try to use a gold skinned argonian vampire (Tsaesci are goldskinned, aren't they?), it's probably the closest thing you could get in vanilla (although the gold skin might require racemenu or something). Hope someone gets onto this though, the example you gave looks pretty good.
  4. Yep, perfectly doable. Although it can be a pain, so I understand where you are coming from.
  5. I'm pretty sure I adressed that issue at the start of the topic. My creationkit is extremely unstable for whatever reason. And has a habit of random crashing within a period of 5-10 minutes. Oh, and before anyone suggests it, I have already tried with a clean "vanilla" version of Skyrim, but the issue is still there. So, well sadly I'll have to rely on the expertise of other modders would I want this to get made.
  6. Angi has in fact been my inspiration for this idea. I hated the way training was done in the game, so when I found her shack, I was quite surprised (in the good kind of way). But also very disappointed, why didn't Bethesda use a similar method for every other trainer. I know this would be difficult to integrate for some of the other skills. That's why I think the system I proposed might help. For example the skill I thought would be the most difficult to integrate in such a system would be the armor skills. If you would just add some kind of cutscene, you could perhaps see your character run around town in heavy armor with a huge backpack or something, just to show he/she is getting used to the extra weight for example.
  7. I completely agree with you, this mod should be worked on again. I used it shortly, loved it, but finally uninstalled it after being slightly disapointed by the immersion breaking factors you've already mentionned, and by the fact that they weren't going to be fixed anytime soon. If someone were to continue the project, I would definitively download it again.
  8. That's indeed a legitimate question, the answer however is unknown to me. Is there someone around there that would want to help my find some nice guild teachings for the College and the thieves guild?
  9. Added yet another idea. Yeah, I know this whole mod request is getting quite Terrifying. But whatever, if someone would take it or use it as an inspiration, that would be great if not, too bad.
  10. I think you better try to reinstall your dawnguard DLC. That might be a little quicker.
  11. And even then when you dig a little in the lore and especially the thalmor archives, you'll know that since Uriel and Martin died they have started terrorist operations within the dominion. An example of their doings being the destruction of a bosmer town. So even although I'm not a big fan of the Thalmor, I don't think that attacking civilians is something you should be able to do unpunished. So yes, killing the blades should most certainly be a possibility!
  12. Well decided to post some "teachings" for the companions, some feedback on balancing them would be nice.
  13. Too bad there aren't a lot of freelance modders taking requests this size, because it's damn amazing. Perhaps, if you have done multiple daedric quests the daedra will tear your soul apart and you would have to do multiple afterlives in order to be "complete" again.
  14. What about adding some sort of mecanism so that joining certain guilds will have a little more benefits. SPOILER: For example if you decide to cure the circle twins you have to escort them to the tomb of ysgramor. Perhaps you could during this time ask them for some last advice on the beast form (at least if you are still a werewolf). The same thing could apply to Aela once you finished gathering the totems. You would then be given a teaching that helps you when in werewolf form. The same could work for about any other guild.
  15. Thanks! I recently added a whole thing about how training could be handled, and by that I mean the whole "pay me=+1skill" system (which I rather dislike). Because I find it a little immersion breaking. Ok you are some kind of demi god but still, if you had enough money and a little bit of organisation you could become an expert bladesman in about a week. My proposition lets it take at least five days to use all of your paid trainings for each level.
  16. You could also try to integrate some pièces of the ancient snow elf armor, that might look even cooler.
  17. The problem of version two is: with what are you going to replace them? Without the occasional forsworn weirdo the reach feel very empty.
  18. I would like to have a dark sorcerors/necromancers hideout to use with the Skyrim guildstarter and/or a follower home change mod. Give it some awesome clutter and style (perhaps use some of the ressources the Immersive Winterhold mod uses if that's possible). I would really love some sort of dark lair away from civilisation where I can host my entire coven and perform experiments/research on different schools of magic. If you are looking for some inspiration: the immersive college of winterhold mod has the kind of aestetics I would love to see and there is also that dungeon Urag wants you to fetch some stolen books for the college (fellglow keep orsomething), when you are exploring it you really get the impression they are doing some pretty dark research, that's exactly the vibe I want.
  19. This might not be exactly what you are looking for but these are some of the Windhelm enhancement mods I use: Dawn of Windhelm: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/43701/? Hidden Hideouts City edition: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/53329/? Windhelm exterior altered: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50977/? Windhelm Bridge Overhaul: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50243/? Better City entrances: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/48855/? (Sligthly incompatible with the previous one, never tried them together though) And you could also try Skyrim bridges overhaul (it changes, amongs others, the bridge between anga's mill and windhelm): http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/48855/?
  20. Yes you should indeed try out Interesting NPCs. The mod adds a hell lot of custom voiced followers with their own background, personnality etc. Furthermore they can (not all but still there are some) interact with other followers and /or NPCs (both vanilla and from the mod). After travelling with them for a while you will be able to unlock quests that reveal another part of their background and may completely change your Relationship with them. A lot of these quests are even linked between different folowers so you'll have to meet a lot of new npcs in order to unlock everything. For example a certain NPC called Callen mentions she is in Skyrim to help out a friend she pissed of by spilling his food, you can actually find this friend before the quest, and when you have her with you they will react on each other telling you they don't want to talk to each other because of their previous dispute. So to put things simply: It is a great mod and if you're looking for some awesome followers that really fit into the game you should try it out.
  21. Look up the Zim's artifact collection on the steam workshop, his weapon enhancements are really awesome (IMO).
  22. *Facepalm* Thanks, correcting it right now. Well in fact I just took the quests that give you a free skill increase and worked on from there. But yes, He could have one indeed. He would teach you how to use firesalts in the forge for better weapons or something. But yeah, Let's first correct that stupid mistake ^^.
  23. I was thinking, perhaps I would be nice if for some of the other trainers (the Pay to level ones), you could get a small cutscene showing you when training. So when You pay for the training instead of instantly being trained you see this cutscene, time is set to evening (you have been training all day), and then you continue on from the training grounds. Naturally this means you can only acces the training menu in the morning (or at least during the day) and it would feel a lot more immersive. I will probably add this to my original post soon.
  24. Wow, these look great! I could definitively see this as an enhancement for Hunterborn. Or just as a completely different mod of course! Would you make it compatible with Hunterborn it would be great to have the processing on place disabled for the smaller creatures, or have some more meat, materials or even a higher quality skin/hide/pelt. Anyway, great work keep it up, I really hope you'll find someone for your project!
