Game keeps CTD when trying to load save, trying to isolate problem

Been having some issues with my game CTD and I'm trying to narrow down what is causing it. The way it happens, it'll seem like everything is fine; loads my saves (I make a new save each time, no overwrites), I can fast travel just fine but then it either crashes when I try to fast travel (it will go to load screen then crash) or it will crash when trying to load a save, again it will load then crash. This the 3rd time I've had to start a new game since these crashes started. I do believe it could be a recently installed mod. LOOT says my F4SE is up to date, my ENB is up to date. My load order is below, I'm at my wits end trying to figure this out, I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this. Thank you

How many mods are you running? (don't count any esl files)

 

Maybe Damage Threshold...... but, not sure on that.

About 241 ESPs+ESMs + 14 ESLs.

These crashes started pretty recently and usually around Sanctuary and the surrounding area, like the Vault. My game was pretty stable until I installed a couple new mods: 'Combined Arms', 'Many More Survivors', 'Diamond City Factory 2130' (DC Factory has a CTD in a bug report but no responses to it). Gonna uninstall DC Factory and test that after my work week, I'm hoping its that because it would suck to give up Combined Arms
