NMM keeps saying my custom.ini isn't configured correctly so it can't make changes

As the title says I keep getting said issue again and again. I don't know what to do!

My custom Ini is located in documents, my games, fallout 4.

custom.ini will always be at the documents in fo4 folder also are you new to modding fo4? Then you should probably watch Gophers videos on setting up mods hope it helps. If not then try placing the Archive on the top of the Display, see if it working now.

Not sure, but, combining them into one, sure isn't gonna hurt.
