aurreth Posted August 9, 2021 Share Posted August 9, 2021 Started some initial work on a Mistress of Mystery mod, turning Croup Manor into the House of Mystery, and modifying the Libertas Crime Lab mod into the Hall of Mystery, accessed through a door in the Croup basement. Coming along pretty nicely, although I'll have to translate my Scrap Everything destruction of the basement into something less precombine breaking in the CK. I can do the gun, it's just a .44 with some extra damage and the robot killer legendary. Sword is easy too. I can probably manage the veil, and maybe even the Phantom Device. What I can't do is the dress. Making and texturing clothing is just not in my skill set. Tacoduck300 has a version in one of his Halloween mods, but frankly it's just a stiff, hideous alteration of the feathered dress, and if I wanted that there are much better versions available. Sooooo, anyone willing to take a stab at making a Mistress of Mystery dress? Or recommend parts I can use to make a mashup in Outfit Studio? And artistic talent, which I sorely lack :) I can manage to swap out a texture here and there, like power armor decals, but anything more complicated than that always comes out looking like flat, textureless plastic. If even that good. It's the collar that's wrong. The Mistress dress has a ruffle collar. Not the feathered one, ruffled. The only place I've seen that is on screenshots from the Order of Mysteries garb in Fallout 76. And I do not have 76 to shamefully steal, er, borrow assets from. I suppose I could hunt through some Skyrim mods for one, then borrow the parts that I need.
