A fully advanced, mod-friendly food sanitizer

Remember the food sanitizer from Fallout 3? There's a couple of mod for New Vegas restoring the feature, but since they all overwrite records of the food items, they guarantee compability issues for DLCs and mods. What I want is for a mod where the sanitizer is handled differently: instead of overwriting records for food items, it runs through a script like Y-7 implant from Old World Blues.

There already exists a mod like that. Look up "functional food sanitizer". It gives the food santizer a perk so it's compatible with pretty much everything.

No, that mod only reduces the amount of radiation upon eating. The food sanitizer increased the amount of health recieved upon eating in Fallout 3.

What you are asking for would be to have the LeadBelly perk get added to the player when they have the sanitizer and removed when they don't.

That's pretty much the exact same idea as the aforementioned mod, which is not what I'm asking for.

Let me say this again: I want a compatbility-friendly food sanitizer mod where it increases the amount of health from eaten food.

Instead of overwriting records for food items, it instead runs through a script a la the Y-7 implant from Old World Blues.

It has to increase health, not reduce radiation from food.
