Infinite load screen on startup

So for whatever reason, suddenly when I load my save I just get an infinite load screen. When I try to start a new game, it doesn't even get to the load screen. The title screen stays there instead, with the title music playing. I know it's not a mod conflict, because when I run FNIS I get an error saying that my game isn't up to date. I don't understand how that can be, as I own the game legally and have verified the integrity of the game cache twice. I honestly don't understand how something like this could've happened, as I had no problems with FNIS before and all I did was install a few mods that had NOTHING to do with animation.

Load Order as shown in Wrye Bash/Smash:

Got this problem also suddenly. Started few days ago for no reason. I tried everything: default ini, turning off mods, lowering settings, clearing cash and memory, new start. Sometimes it loads, sometimes it stuck in freeze. Totally random and I cant figure whats the problem.

Its definetly not that my PC cant handle it. I use 1k textures on i5 2.5K/gtx680/16gb/SSD, monitoring program shows only 2 gb Ram and 1.5-2gb Vram used.

I do, here you go some info;

Texture related: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/1028545-help-required-assistance-appreciated/?p=8381052

Papyrus related: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/1029363-infinite-load-screen/?p=8388331

I need the most beautiful Skyrim but I never went into details what the limits are (also some unrelated info here): http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/1038196-noob-at-modding-can-someone-help-me-with-a-list-of-mods/?p=8472641

The odd moment you realize you post wrong information because you read the wrong post... so It's FNIS? lemme think.

Dunno, exe corrupt somehow? Ini's with problems? Uninstall your latest added mods for sure to rule that out...

How about you rename these files for the sake of having a backup;

My Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Skyrim.ini

My Documents\My Games\Skyrim\SkyrimPrefs.ini

Skyrim\TESV.exe

Then validate your game files in Steam to get new ones. It will replace the game exe and when starting Skyrim through launcher will rebuild your ini's. Perhaps FNIS is broken, maybe needs a reinstall (be careful with that, read instructions on FNIS page).

Already tried a fresh set of .inis and already tried validating my game files twice. Also tried reinstalling FNIS. Nothing has worked.

Originally, I thought that it was because the game read my plugins out of order. I checked my plugins.txt and loadorder.txt and they're both fine.

It should be noted that when I run BOSS it doesn't seem to sort anything anymore for whatever reason. I checked in Wrye Bash, and Data Files in the launcher, and my actual load order seems to be the same even after running BOSS. I think this may be key to the problem.
