mr1337psychotic
So after surviving numerous crashes attempting to import, I finally got a settlement, called "The Flaktower", to import into the game. However now that it has, I have this horrid visual bug I can't get to go away that causes the entire structure to look like some kind of "the void stares back at you" situation. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

You might want to wait for clear weather and daylight and try again. Did you tell Transfer Settlements to nuke things before importing? Did you tell it to nuke everything, not just things you'd placed? As a general rule Transfer Settlements can only add things, which does not break precombines, which is the cause of the White Void. But if you let it nuke things that you didn't personally place it might accidentally get something that breaks the cell. You're best bet is to roll back to a save from before you loaded the blueprint and try again, making sure to NOT let it nuke the cell first.
