Why do I keep getting robbed?

Why do you keep ripping me off! I bought a lifetime f-ing membership TWICE and it keeps dissapearing off my account. One I bought a few years back and when I bought this one it dissapeared in two f-ing days!!!!!

Why.. just tell me fing why you insist on doing this.. is it because I download but do not make mods?!?!?!? Does that suddenly enable to have my what I have paid for taken?!?!?!?!?!?

I have two profiles as after not logging into Nexus for a Looong time I forgot what my profile was

There was no reply in the notification or even receipt....

Ok first of all; calm down.

 

Second of all, you're not actually meant to have two accounts, it's against our rules. If you've paid twice, did you ever email me or send in a support ticket and ask for a refund? I can do that for you, you just need to ask, but we are going to have to take away one of those accounts from you, paid for or not. Please let me know which one is ok to close.

 

Third of all; you're showing as a Premium Member right now.

I made the post as my profile wasn't premium, as I had "Go Premium" as an option, plus I no access to premium servers.

 

OK. I have two profiles. Not logging in after a year or so I had to hunt/guess/cajole on the 14th to figure out my username by trying likely sign-ins and e-mails.

 

The two logins are:

bcraig6010 - tied to hotmail e-mail address - created in 2008

bcraig60 - tied to yahoo e-mail address - created in 2007

 

I didn't recently buy two premiums - I bought one tied to the yahoo e-mail. I was annoyed in doing so as this is,historically, the second time I believe I have done so. It has been so long (over a year I think) since I used Nexus that I dont remember when I did the original premium purchase ( With the caveat that this was some time ago and as memory is not 100% and it could be I bought a finite membership period - not what I remember but certainly possible) or even to what account it was with. Which is why I bit the bullet and just purchased lifetime premium membership. What the Hey - the place i recall downloading many many mods from for Oblivion and Fallouts- I'll give them my support.

 

The anger came from purchasing Premium.. thinking that it was for the second time.. and not very long after having purchasing it.. whoopise.. it dissapears. Seemingly again.

 

My Mod Manager apparently is tied to bcraig60 - I have no idea if this is fixed or variable. I wont pick what I would prefer but if its easiest to keep bcraig60 as that account was the one I purchased Premium with then feel free to do so.

 

Finally, the e-mail acknowledgement had no contact information (e-mail or phone), receipt #, or return e-mail adress where one can sent any comminications to - so I couldn't e-mail you or anyone else. Also, there are support tickets?
