Cyberpunk ENOENT error

Hey there, currently trying to mod Cyberpunk for a better experience and I keep getting this error when I launch through Vortex. Though it still launches the game.

 

"Failed to start through launcher"

 

Vortex tried to access "C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe" but it doesn't exist.

I've modded Skyrim and oblivion using Vortex and I haven't ran into this issue with those games before, any help appreciated. Also I have check and the command prompt executable is there.

This is a fault with your GOG Galaxy install. Reinstall Galaxy and it should work again.
