Replaced house sections now my house shrunk?

I was fixing a problem with my house I'm making using the UTL or industrial pieces. After Brigand231 and I did some testing we came to the conclusion it was to bright. After attempting to adjust the lights I remembered that they're were UTL no glo pieces thinking I was pretty smart I went in and replaced every UTL piece with a UTL no glo piece. Now my stuff clips into the corners of the the rooms. Its like the objects either got bigger in size (which they didn't) or the UTL pieces dimensions somehow changed(which they didn't I think) Whats going on? is time to break out FNVEdit? Please let me know becasue as it stands now I can move some stuff back into position but I'll have to scrap other things and I really don't want to.

Tried taking a look but for some reason example B didn't want to load up the images were all grey, refreshing didn't help unfortunately. Try using the Image button in your post it inbeds the image in the post rather then the link.

Hopefully this works. I tried using the image thing and typing in the URL and it doesn't work.

I just figured out whats causing the clipping grrrr. the no glow pieces add a 3rd pipe to the corner. I guess I have to choose between a few things now. Lighting is a pain.

What, exactly, is the problem with your lighting?

Remember that you can always create and use your own Light forms, and customize them the way you like.

If the light is too bright, you can set a darker RGB color and/or set Fade to a lower value.

If you want to make it darker, I'd suggest playing around the cell properties, in particular the "ImageSpace" box in the "Common Data" tab. To get there, just right click on a cell's name in the "Cell View" window and select "Edit". Once you've done that, find your cell. The darkest imagespaces that I can think of off the top of my head would be the one used by the Silver-Rush and the one used by the Tops Casino.

You can also make your own image space, just scroll to the "Imagespace" tab in the object window, right-click and select "new".

One thing to mention about this though, is that mods that change the brightness, contrast, saturation or tint of your game will screw with how it looks more than if you just try to get the lighting right with lights and tile-sets.

Good luck!

I have to do more testing to be honest but even without lights the rooms are somewhat bright. by that I mean you can still see a little vs being pitch black. I need to adjust one of the lights since it was giving off to much light. As for Light forms I have to look that up since I don't know what that is. My method of changing lights is clicking on them and holding down S either increasing or decreasing the brightness beyond that I don't know how to do anything else. I'll look into the stuff you mentioned it will probably help alot.
