Game freezes indeffinately when scrolling in build menu.

Whenever I'm scrolling through the crafting bench menu, the moment before the power armor stations is selected (before the model can spawn) the game freezes like it does when waiting for the workshop menu to open, but I've waited for over 15 minutes and nothing ever resolves. I've tried turning off every workbench, workshop menu, and PA mod and it still freezes. I'm really at a loss here. Thanks for any help!

Try disabling homemaker. Then try your building menu again.

Still freezes when I go into the crafting menu and try to scroll over the power armor station.

 

Here's my new load order after attempting a reinstall to no avail.
