A bit late now but even with DirectX 11 installed you still need to install DirectX 9c, despite 11 being a later version games which use 9 need that version installed. I did wonder if your load ordering problems were caused by your Steam Library being in a protected system folder (C:\program files or c:\program files(x86) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
