Crashing when getting close to Camp Searchlight and Cottonwood Cove, need help deciphering NVAC crash log

Been running the game fine all day with a list of mods, but getting frequent crashes attempting to get close to camp searchlight and cottonwood cove, I have an NVAC log I've been trying to decipher for the past 30 minutes but I'm not smart enough to pick out what's going on, despite my efforts. Check your mods if any of them modify Camp Searchlight?

 

Vanilla it's a quite empty region. But whenever mod attempt to mess with this, they always are tempted to add lots of things here.

 

Mojave monsters add too many spawns here maybe?
