Lucky 38 Firing Range

Somewhere, I vaguely remembering seeing a mod about putting a firing range in the basement of the Lucky 38.

 

Since I use Lucky 38 as my base of operations, I would like to have a place to go and just shoot targets to test my weapons.

 

 

Unforunately, if it was hosted on this site, I forgot to track it.

 

And despite extensive searching of the internet and the site, I can't find the mod again.

 

 

Can anyone remind me what it was called?

Or provide a link to it.
