Moestly
When i have tried to change my ini setting, whether through the fallout 4 tweaker or manually, none of the changes actually effect my game save. I feel this might be because my fallout 4 directory is on a different hard drive than my documents folder and if that's the ini my fallout needs to read maybe I cant because its on another hdd? Anyone have experience with a similar situation to mine and if its even fixable?
HeyYou
Load your game. Open the console, use the command to set the FOV you want, then type in: saveinirefreshini Close the console. That *should* update the ini file for the values you want, and they should stick.

However, when i type refresh ini after loading a save it does go back to 90 fov so it seems my ini is changing but my game doesn't read it for some reason unless i tell it to. HeyYou
I don't know if Vortex does anything strange with ini files..... I don't use it. But, apparently, the ini DID update, the game just seems to ignore it at first load?? No clue what's goin' on there. :)
