Invalidating Game Filepaths - Do Not Play

I first downloaded Vortex in August and it worked beautifully. A couple months later and it wasn't working anymore. My add ons wouldn't run. I uninstalled and reinstalled everything including the game. checked drivers, filepaths and looked at countless tutorial videos that all said the same things whish I already had correct to begin with. I run most of my games on Steam and this is what I get every time I try to deploy the mods.
