surian
Why is that so interesting? They're a genX/pepsi Generation band, 9 times out of 10 those guys are either democrats or independant... almost none of them are republicans.
tyjet3
most celebrities don't come out to the public and pick a side, i think it's interesting that hey had the balls to do it.
Adrian Laguna
I just found out that Britney Spears and Jessica Simpson are pro-Bush, what a coincidence that the two stupidest celebrities on the planet, are voting for Bush. No me sorprenderia que los gallegos americanos tambien votaran por Bush. This is all in good humour you understand, there are several good reasons, to re-elect the President. Though I feel that there are more and better reasons to elect Kerry.

Dinin
Both aren't great candidates, but it seems that to change parties in the middle of the war would only add more chaos. I simply cannot trust Kerry. He's too indecisive and i can't trust that he'll do what he claims. Is this a good quality to have for a president when we're at war? I know there are many questions about Bush and how he went to war for the wrong reason, i don't know whats the real truth behind that, but i do know that almost every idea or change that Bush has come up with, he has gone through with that idea/change as best he could. He has never switched ideas in the middle of the plan. This is a great quality to have in a president. Even if you don't agree with what he does, you have assurance that you at least know what he's going to do. Can we say the same for Kerry? If Kerry is elected, i believe that the people of America will be in the dark on what our country will do next. That thought disturbs me. I say that we should have Bush until the end of this war. Who knows, maybe after the next four more years Kerry will clean up his act, and might shape up to be a good presidential candidate.
tyjet3
Kerry's past will just come back to haunt him... just like it is now...
postaldudeleo
Kerry is only popular because he says things to rile up people and only goes for "whats popular today". The next day it's suddenly not popular and he switches sides.
Eiade
Well, from what I'm seeing now, it looks like Bush might just win it :( . There's too many people that don't like Kerry. Which brings me to another screwed up point: Lots and lots of people who are voting for Bush are doing so just because they don't like Kerry. And lots and lots of people who are voting for Kerry are doing so just because they don't like Bush. So basically many (if not most) people are voting for one side because they hate that side less than the other side. Now that's just messed up. The US is in quite a jiffy. tyjet3
I know... it's crap... People need to stop looking at the person and look at their goals. Sure the person is important, but just remember that the president doesn't do everything. Lobbyist have a higher influence sometimes plus the Congress has to second basically every action. People seem to think that the president has nothing holding him back, which is insane. I don't understand why people say that... People are always like "Bush did this" and "Bush did that" which is wrong. THE GOVERNMENT did it... Which means not everything is his fault. Bush is just one man, this is not a monarchy. (thank god...) Anyway, people need to quite making the presidence a popularity contest. This election should be about the policies, not someones character or history.
