How do I mod my city house mod?

I can't find anything that says exterior, only interior.

Select WindhelmWorld in the drop down menu in the cell window, then find the door that leads to Hjerim.

In cell view, in the drop down, if I leave it on interiors I can go down and see WindhelmHjerim*. It shows me the original layout of the house. If I change it to Windhelm World, there is no Hjerim on the list.

Select WindhelmWorld, then use the Render Window and move to where the door that leads to Hjerim is.
