Need help with mods

I want my villages to look better, so I've tried to install this:

https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15773?tab=videos

But it doeasn't have to be this, it can be whatever floors/walls/roofs pack. The only thing I want, is a pack of building parts, that look good (like there was no fallout at all :P ). But I simply am unable to handle it myself, cause every mod, needs a lot of other mods, and those other mods needs other mods and again, and again! Could anybody help me for example with creating sandard mod enviroment for adding mods?

I don't have any DLC, I plan to buy some, but untill then I have Steam version of standard Fallout 4 game, no DLC's. Please help!

Those are my current mods, they all work. Installed by mod manager.

Some mods need to be made compatible with FallUI and DefUI.

Scrap Everything is risky, and can be contributing to any number of issues that can occur.

the UFOP, Unofficial Fallout Patch conflicts with many mods, so take note of that.

There are a few framework mods that most complex mods will require, and that's mostly it. Be sure to read the comment 'posts' on any mod you are interested in for more details, and read everything the author has to offer, generally Nexus is at least good at telling you "hey! you need this to make this work" but it has its flaws.

Im not entirely sure what exactly you are asking for, but this is my go at it.

There are a good number of Omods (stuff that add weapons, armor, and other object) that dont require anything else to work, but you must be careful that it wont conflict with any other mods. Generally it goes that if Mod X affects the same thing as Mod Y, then there is a chance everything will go wrong.

So the best way to avoid this is the frameworks. I cant name them all, but a good start is to look into Workshop Framework. Settlement Menu Manager, Mod Configuration Menu, Fallout 4 Script Extender (this one is absolutely the most important). Umm, Im not sure about Armor and Weapon Keywords because a lot of mods require it, but a lot of mods require patches to work with it, and it tends to add some amount of bloat to your menus that also probably requires something to make them fully compatible with the Inventory sorters.

Im waffle-ing here... My best suggestion is tell us more about what you are looking for or want to do. We can give you feedback on how much involvement is required to make something work.

Ello Again!

I've started a new game, and some objects from mods are missing. Probably it's because of wrong loading order. The only thing is, if all worked at the old savegame, why now they are missing?

And that is why I need help in making a correct loading order list. I will then store myself a list of mods, and they're loading order, for future use, cause my Windows is getting old, trully I can't remember when the last time I've typed magic "format c:" command... It was 5 years ago at least. I've even changed the graphic card in that time, and I was to lazy to reinstall Windows. I think I'm getting old.... But let's not change the main subject. I know, that Scrap Everything must be at the end, cause every time it's not, all scrapped trash is back, and my whole work is gone. Cleanning Sanctuary hills takes hours.... I know, I can simply type "scrapall", but I wanna keep road and foundations.

Sometimes changing loading order is not enough. Sometines I have to reinstall the mod, and not even do such option at the NMM, but tell it to delete the mod, and then download it again. Trully, I've thought that The Sims 3 is the most complicated game for modding... I was so wrong....

The most missing objects is bathroom appliance from the Institute. And It was I gues at the Homemaker, or maybe at the Workshop rearanged... There was also an institute shower, and the toilet I coud sit on it, I miss that toilet! And yes I've been in mod config tool at the game ootions, I have everything unlocked.

My list is below in the imeage screenshot. I can't imagine playing without scrap everything and place anywhere. Those are must have it mods. Also workshop plus.I don't know how I've played the game without flying in workshop mode.

I am assuming that you mean some things are not showing up in your build menu. If that is what you meant, try using Settlement Menu Manager https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/24204/

This mod helps repair menus that nay have become corrupted. You can also look at what mods you added that may have impacted your menu and disable them and then enable one at a time and see which one impacts your workshop menu. If you find the culprit, try loading it in a different spot and see if that helps.

Yes, I Mean missing furnitures and and stuff like that. I'll try this thing. I thing the most problems is because Worshop Rearanged. It changes the main workshop menu and adds some more objects to it. I'd prefer seperate menu for those new objects, instead mixing menu categories. I know how importand Loading order is, but I can't handle it on mysefl.

EDIT:

I've fixed that by reinstalling Homemaker. I can't remember how I've installed it earlier but this time I did it with unlocking Institute furniture from the start of the game. That means I can build everything before reaching the Institute. I like it, cause I always try to build my settlements looking as much "pre-war" as possible.
