Helios One Fully Operational (Restoration)

This is something I'd like to see.

 

When you complete http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/That_Lucky_Old_Sun (preferably without obliterating the NCR guarding it), they fully restore it and it's no longer in a destitute state.

 

 

Oh, and fix that side door with the Red Text, the one that's locked even if you're an NCR ally.

Make it so it can be used without negative kharma.
