markekraus Posted November 19, 2021 Posted November 19, 2021 Hi!I recently uploaded my first mod and I saw that .md was not a supported file extension for Documentation > Readme. I would like to request this extension be added. I'm not expecting the documentation page to render markdwon to HTML, but markdown is an acceptable enough plaintext format for documentation. This will help with projects hostin the source on GitHub to have a shared readme.md.Markdown is plaintext so there shouldn't any difference from a file perspective between .md and .txt. I did check to see if this has been requested before but I could not find any relevant posts or documentation. I apologize if I'm duplicating this request. If I am, please point me to the correct one so I can add my +1. -Mark
Community Manager Pickysaurus Posted November 21, 2021 Community Manager Posted November 21, 2021 It's a decent suggestion. For now you can simply rename the .md to .txt to add it to that section.
CelticHound Posted May 2 Posted May 2 Another request to allow README.md files to be uploaded directly as documentation, since I want to directly use the readme from my github.
