I need help...

hi

My commentary below is assuming you are not joking: I kinda think you're pulling everyone's leg with your mod list

as a player...like you..no expert nor remotely close to it

I would say when you have an extensive mod list like you do...and extensive is an gross understatement...to call Skyrim Anniversary a 'buggy mess' is not accurate

the chances your mods, perhaps multiple, will cause issues is like 100% (notice how I didn't say 99%?).

what do you have 50...a hundred..?..did you count how many enabled?

Im not faulting you; in fact I admire the sheer audacity of it all; but that's not remotely due to Bethesda, and I would be open-minded that Anniversary is actually NOT a buggy mess, but the problem lies in your choice of so many mods

Out of curiosity, as the MOST mods I ever had was 17,just started anniversary for the 1st time with 9, don't plan to go more, I am curious if when you began Anniversary you had that wobbly cart?

I've always had it on SSE with >/= 15 mods

To my joy & surprise I did not encounter it on Anniversary with 9; the cart ride was smooth as silk

(perhaps NOT a 'buggy mess')?

One more curiosity inquiry...did you use an Unofficial Patch?

I am guessing you did, from your Bethesda blame assumption.

Again, and this is merely a caution from a non-expert, If you did ,and your Skyrim becomes unplayable (which it will) I would consider starting with NO 'Unofficial' patch.

As smart and as dedicated ,and as well-meaning as the teams that create that are, perhaps, just maybe, Bethesda has a better feel for a newly released version than said team who released a 'patch' one week later

Wild guess...who tested more?

Just a thought

Hi there I can assure everything work fine now that they updated SSE Engine Fixed, and just to answer your question I have 300 mods enabled with a total of 449 plugins active. And yes, I'm using the Unofficial Patch.

I know that mods will make the game unstable, but in my case I can assure that from the update everything works.

To be honest I have read of people that have like 500 if not 600 mods and their game is good and they don't have any problems, of course to play Skyrim with so many mods you need a very good pc build.

I didn't mean to say that Bethesda did a mess with the AE release, but it broke many mods that I usually use in my mod list.

Its all about how fast you can Load Data from where your mods are installed an how much VRAM it takes to load Texture Data size.

Rest is just Conflict Resolution.

There is only one thing that makes you hit the Engine's Limitations: Papyrus Script Load. Take for example the Mod Skyrim at War and the Task performing NPCs it loads across the Worldspace. Thats an Engine Limitation and so far it needs an almost Vanilla Game to run smooth and even then it can't stay at the propper FPS numbers because Papyrus can't process all that Data fast enough. That's an example of ''Too much''

In short, your load order is fine.
