Crash whenever opening door

Even not loading any mods doesn't resolve the issue. I only have the base game and no DLC. Can anyone help? Below is my load order:

I wonder if the issue is related to the autosave, try going to Documents\My Games\FalloutNV\Saves and deleting the file autosave.fos or rename it if you don't want to risk losing it.

If that is your load order and not just a list of mods, everything before FalloutNV.esm is wrong. Nothing should ever load before FalloutNV.esm.
