zmily Posted March 13, 2009 Share Posted March 13, 2009 i know that if where to live in a wasteland like fallout 3 i would make me a bow and arrows.. the bow could be made from a pice of wood for grip and a pair of leaf spring blades for bow.. and a motorcycle brake wire as a bow string.. i might even manage to make the bow somewhat like a composit bow.. you know those with the pulley wheels.. and arrows can be made from anything straight and light with a pointy end.. or a nuka grenade tied to it.. Phoynix Posted March 17, 2009 Share Posted March 17, 2009 Better yet add some nitro to the kerro, you can get it from dragraces a guy normaly sells it direct from the barrals, or from RC plane shops as its used in the Mix for model plane turbines.The fact its so easy to get is actually intresting.. It can be wth fertilizer made to make an explosive 30% more powerful then c-4(it will cut through all known metals and shatter concreate rather then gorge) The only problem being it needs to be mixed shortly before you use it otherwise the whole thing slowly goes inert. Let em mix, grab a model rocket engine large enough to fit flush in the end of the bottle, make a detonation charge and sink it into the mix, then run the fuse into the portion of the engine used as an ejection charge.Voila, homemade napalm rocket.(Anything I suggest I've tested myself >:]) Better yet, I could call my friend whose dad is CEO of a joint chemical manufacturing company, one of which manufactures explosives for the military. They would value them over clubs or melee weapons. Behind guns, bows would be the number 2 weapon of the wastes, and you can count on that. They have far better penetrating power then many subsonic rounds. Pure snipe, 3 times more powerful?ahh no...Its about 40% better then RDX.
