Repeating download Failure on Large Files

Good day, I bought premium not too long ago to increase my download speed, unfortunately, files over 1GB keep receiving "network error" on the download even when using vortex or MO2, these are my traceroutes and download speeds.

Country: Philippines

Internet Service Provider (ISP): Converge ICT

 

Average Download Speed: 4MB/s

 

Download Tests:

Amsterdam: 0.1MB/s

 

Paris: 0.232MB/s

 

Prague: 0.25MB/s

Chicago: 0.2MB/s

 

Los Angeles: 0.25MB/s

Miami: 0.2MB/s

Singapore: 0.3MB/s

I'm using Fiber internet, which is why I find the DL speeds a bit baffling since this only happens on Nexus DL's.

It looks like there may be some kind of routing problem that is beyond our control. I have seen issues from the Philippines before so it may be an ISP issue or simply the way traffic is routed between our servers and your PC results in a slow speed.

 

You were trying to download a peak time though, so is it any better at a different time of day?

Hello, unfortunately it's always the same story no matter what time of the day I try to download in a different time of day, I tried downloading the big file every 2 hours to see if it will still fail, but sadly it did : (
