I've hunted through the settings menus on both the Nexus Mods side and the Nexus Forums side and can't seem to locate any option to hide my Last Active / Online / Offline status when using the Forums.

Is there something I'm missing? A lot of forums allow users to appear offline, browse anonymously, etc.

Big thanks to anyone with an answer for me.

On the Nexus Mods site interface (e.g. https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/newtoday/?) click on your avatar picture top right and then select Site Preferences. On the My Nexus Preferences page select Global Preferences and then scroll down to Display when you were last active on the Nexus and change the radio button to No. Also note the option just above that.

As I said above, I've been through all of the settings menus I can find, including this one.

The setting you mentioned does not seem to impact the Forum at all. If I log into my friends Nexus profile, I can still see that it says I'm online / was online a few minutes ago.

It doesn't look like a setting for my problem is available.

This option is not available on the forum anymore AFAIK. Anyone who has it disabled will have done so a long time ago and the setting stuck as we updated the site/login system.
