Pretty much anything that needs DAR and SKSE Plugins that enable some of the most important Combat mechanics for those who play with an enhancement of Skyrims combat and Animation system including some UI and Hotkey system modifications. Also DLL Plugin Loaders etc these are critical for some Engine related fixes.

What Beth invested in development:

They did once Skyrim came out. (Big Project/ Team/ Investment) Huge income.

They did with the DLCs. (Big Project/ Team/ Investment) Huge income.

They did with Legendary Edition Pack. (Big Project/ Team/ Investment) Huge income.

They did with Special Edition Pack. (Big Project/ Team/ Investment) Huge income.

They did by releasing VR and XBOX. (Big Project/ Team/ Investment) Huge income.

They did another time by releasing Creation Club. (Big Project/ Team/ Investment) Less income and failed attempt to force Creation Club.

They did now by recompiling Visual Studio. (Big Project/ Team/ Investment) Less income but forced Integration of Creation Club.

In between there have been Hotfixes. (Small Projects/ a few devs only/ not much investement) Doesn't affect income.

Conclusions:

They invested when there was a chance to increase income by doing certain Big Dev Team Projects.

They failed with Payed Mod content at first but managed to pull it off now with AE version.

They managed to make all this a thing for their future Games.

They don't care about Minor Bugs and Glitches that are only fixed by the Unofficial Patch Project.

They don't care about reworking forced Quests etc. like they were in former Game titles.

They wouldn't spend Personel and Money for this since it doesn't bring more income.

Full time Development and Updates including more Content or reworks happen only in MMOs (BDOR for example) because these titles do generate alot of income Daily and thus Active Maintenance and Incentives for Premium or Non-Premium users are Economically Relevant for a Development Company.

Is the End-User satisified with Beth's Actions and Skyrim? Not if it changes the Users Product working Status.

So there is only thisproblem that needs to change:

1. Steam should maintain the option to completely disable Auto-Update (Like it was Years ago) and not require Running in Offline Mode to function because alot of weird things can happen to the End User.

2. Product should require an Online Registration (Live) during Purchase and Installation (Once) making the final Registered Product Stable for the user as soon as the One Time Registration has been Finalized.

3. Automatically this would conclude the End-User and Company License/ Agreement that as soon as the Product Registration has been Finalized for the End User its now his Private Property as his Disk Drive and therefore the only future Legal communication between the Product and Steam or Bethesda would require the End Users Request which equals to Login Online and Recieving whatever Data the user Requests that Bethesda offers for Free or via Payment (Depends) in which case there could be an extra Confirmation (Live Registration) of the Downloaded Data with the End users Unique Product License.

Nothing more nothing less.

Everything else is just an attempt to Monetize Single Player Games with active subscription and holding the End Users Private Property Hostage which is a Microsoft Idea to begin with because Microsoft is out of Control and Bethesda has to follow their Investors wish otherwise they will cancel their Investments.
