Hello everyone, gamescom is here and we have some awesome news so far..

We have a release date for the ps4 and its slated for November 29, cutting it close to Christmas time. Which in my opinion is a good thing :D

You can watch it here

And other news Minecraft is coming to ps3 and ps4 and WOOWW psvita, that would help it in so many ways. it would be the first true hd minecraft experience on the go.

That could help the Vita, considering it's been DOA so far.

It's an intelligent marketing move on Sony's part to schedule the PS4's launch shortly before Christmas. I'm not going to buy it, but hopefully it outsells the Xbone. We don't want Microsoft to decide that an underpowered TV-box bundle is the future of gaming.

the release date is November 15 for the US (and canada? idk) and the 29th for Europe.

granted i wont be getting it till christmas or next year sometime.

and yea, what they are doing with the PSV is a very smart move (granted i think they were planning it the whole time). the PSV so far has been dead. similar to the PSP in fact at some points the PSP was outselling the PSV. Sony hard cores bought it at first, but the console just fizzled out. this remote play and price drop is great. i always said if it dropped to $200 id grab it, though im not a handheld gamer at all. but the remote play is whats grabbing me now. finally i can watch TV/Movies while playing PS4.

That's a mix up on there part, they did not mention that release date was UK only

Hey hoof get the psvita ps4 bundle that has the psvita, there is two versions of it, one for 399$ and the other for 500$. Again has a psvita bundled with it..

That was what i was thinking  , minecraft on the psvita would be a dream come true, it has analog sticks and a proper control layout and not to mention one of the best looking Oled screens.

um. unless you watched a different video then me, they specifically said which release dates were which...thats how i knew them. they put them up on the giant screen and the camera focused on it for several seconds.

also, i havent heard of a PS4/Vita bundle. only rumors. can you prove it? a quick google search brings up only rumors of this. i see $400 not happening. thats a Free Vita. a $500 makes more sense (though still a little low) but id definitely hop on that. unless these rumors prove true, id expect a bundle a $600 bundle with a PS4 and a Vita with a game. thats still $50 cheaper then buying them separate plus a free $60 game. still a hell of a bargain, though ill admit, i would be less inclined to jump on that. $600 at once is a lot of money to drop.

And the only one you'll ever need, the psvita is a solid handheld, more powerful then the 360 without the rrod.

Specs

Playstation Vita Specification: VS. XBOX360 Specification:

CPU: ARM ® Cortex -A9 core (4 core) CPU: Three Symenettical PowerPC-based CPU cores Xenon

GPU: SGX543MP4+ GPU: 500 MHz ATI Xenos

Memory: 512MB RAM and 128MB VRAM Memory: 512MB RAM

The Psvita has so much potential, yet hasn't been tapped yet.

And here is the article i found that info from
