hoboparty
The built in code to fire a bow prevents you from decreasing the actual draw back time even if you put up the speed in the edit base window. I really wanted a bow that could shoot faster but I'm not great with script so maybe someone could give it a shot? btw, the animation goes faster but it still takes the same amount of time to get full power/distance. Thanks in advance... edit: the "fully drawn" state is marked by a bowstring sound effect playing at the same time it would with a speed 1 bow... this is probably irrelevant but maybe it would help someone trying to make this work? edit 2: I guess altering a weapon's base programming is infeasible, but maybe someone can tell me how to make spells fire faster or something? I'm just generally going for the whole rapid fire thing
PureSnipe
Ehh, did you try the search option on the downloads page? I searched "bow" hoping to find what I wanted, and clicked through at least 10 rapid-fire or faster-firing bows there.

Deleted269910User
You're both missing what he's talking about; The problem with ALL the rapid firing bow mods currently, is that the shots aren't fully powered up, which means the arrows fly like chickens, barely at all. A script that would get this to work normally, would be a proof of concept, so to speak. Now as for that sound... Have you tried using a shorther sound clip? If the playing of the sound is flagged as the state of how much the bow has been drawn, using a shorter sound clip might work. Just an idea tho. edit; as for spells going faster, check out Lightning Speed. You could check what has been altered and try to replicate the stuff for other spell types. PureSnipe
What you'd probably need to do is delve into the animations and speed up the drawing animation. The way I'd think the script works is hold mouse, animation plays, at end of animation, sound plays and bow fully drawn. Double, even triple that animation speed and you may have the solution.
