Lula77
I bought my Special Edition Game on steam few years back, and I do not want any AE update on my SE. Simply because I do not feel to wait for the mods i have to bee updated to work with AE. I want to play the original SE game as it was. I just uninstalled my skyrim SE in hopes that it will not update to AE when installing SE! Well to my horror i noticed that it had updated it to AE during installation! This to me is frustrating! Shame on STEAM for forcing people to update their game to AE. There should bee a choice, not all of us even like what it is offered on the AE! As for me, i do not like the survivor mod, i never even downloaded that when the mod was available in the game. So why would i need to bee forced to update my SE game to AE!! Where are our human player rights here..It is a sick world we are living in..Because I got the AE update when i installed SE. I am now thinking if there is a way to buy the game to my pc from elsewhere so i do not have to bee forced to update to AE, like it does on steam! showler
Sorry, it's only available on Steam or Gamepass and both of them will install the latest patch (1.6) which is the Anniversary update. There's an unofficial downgrade patcher available on Nexus. Read the instructions fully.
