LE Sneakier magic casting

I have always wanted to play as a sneakier mage, someone who can join the dark brotherhood, and cast destruction spells without the sound alerting enemies, it has pissed me off so much that i can't kill enemies with magic out-of view of enemies, because every time i try to be sneaky, it fails.

 

Maybe its just me but i want to see a mod where magic doesn't alert enemies UNLESS directly seen by an enemy,

I would do it myself but i have never modded and have a feeling i'd be horrible at it.

There is a perk in illusion that makes ALL spells you cast silent.
