Guest deleted2027229
No matter how close I am to my target, the calm on touch spell never seems to work, nor does the magic shader even cover them. I know the enemies are within level. Anyone else get this issue? Edited December 27, 2021 by WanderRA
Oblivionaddicted
Did your target already detect you when you cast the spell?
Guest deleted2027229
Seems custom-calm on touch spells don't work... from the UESP: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Calm Alternatively, couple Calm with any hostile short-duration effect (e.g. Soul Trap) in a single spell to force enemies to detect you (beware, however, that such a spell combination will be considered hostile and can incur a bounty when cast on friendly NPCs). The spell needs to be targeted, on-Touch spells will fail to work. Command spells are not affected by this bug. Pellape
ALl those spells, Calm, Rage and Charm is set to max lvl 25 at the spellmaker. To get above lvl 25, you must make the spell with CS. It could be possible to change it from the console, but I have never used such commands, or spell specific functions. https://cs.elderscrolls.com/index.php?title=List_of_Functions
