You do realize you're currently posting in the new Oblivion section of mwsource, right?

I have a similiar question - will this site change to Oblivion Source?

Ugh.... Dynamic compasss. I like having to find my way. You know, looking on the map that came with MW, rather than just following an arrow. Exploring is much more fun that way.

Yeah, the compass should definitely be stricken from the "feature" list. And I don't think this will change to Oblvion Source. I expect this will stay MWsource and there will be a new website, Oblivion Source, closer to release.

I think it's more of once you've been somewhere, you can get there faster in the future...there are some places in MW that didn't have any way to fast travel to them, but should.  For instance, a certain ideal Imperial town...

maybe opening up fast travel options in places that don't currently have them? pull a few strings, pay a little money, talk to the local magistrate, and get a silt strider port or ship dock built in a place that doesn't currently have one?

or even talk a would-be guild guide into walking with you to said town, and get them to provide teleportation service there? i'd like to see that happen. it wouldn't take away from the exploration aspect because you have to walk them there anyway. just so you dno't have to worry about repeatedly walking to the same place.

i'm definitely not looking forward to a RADAR compass. hopefully it's just a feature to be disabled like the crosshair. the way people mark some locations on your map is just fine.
