My character runs to fast! (VSync on doesn't help)

My game works OK, nothing is to fast or to slow, but my character can't walk, she only runs. When I tell her to walk, she runs, when I tell her to run , she runs super speedy. It all started today, while dooing quest for a ghule from Good Neighbothood, the one with beeing dressed like pre war comic character. I have a mod which makes my power armor fly instead of jump, maybe here are some bugs, I don't know.

I have NVIDIA graphics, and turning on VSync doesn't work. I don;t know how to lock fps on 60, I don;t even know how many fps I have.

You should check your speed multiplier in console (if using a PC). This happened to me recently out of the blue (mone was set to 3.00). I used player.setspeedmultiplier to -50 and that had me moving normally (1). I used "set" instead of force in case it was a temporary glitch. The next time I loaded the game after entering this command and the speed multiplier was back to normal.

Personally I use RivaTuner Statistics Server (downloaded from https://www.Guru3D.com - also included with MSIAfterBurner), create a profile, point it at the executable and set the fps limit.

Works for me on Outrun 2006 C2C and DariusBurst (though the latter seems to be fixed). Just make sure it's running before you launch the game.

I don't have this savegame anymore, cause it was after most quests anyway, but I'll keep that in mind for the future. I gues I did this myself. I use jet pack overhaul mod, and while flying I've felt into the Good Neighbourhood, the game corupted a bit I gues, cause it blocked my speed on the ground to be the same like in the air (250% faster).

I've came accross this bug again and this command player.setspeedmultiplier to -50, it doesn't work. Thankfully I've had earlier savegame.
