Vortex endorsement not showing on nexus

Hello

 

1 In Vortex when I click the +1 button on mod list to endorse a mod, the endorse button in Nexus website do not show a endorsed

 

2 In Nexus, I have activated the reminder to show to endorse mods I have downloaded, but when I endorse from this list, it's same the endorse button in mod page stay unchecked
