Failed Installing mods with error code 1

Installing my first mod for Fallout 4, to me seems I did nothing unnecessary but install mod from archive files, but got error and failed installing any mod.

 

I'm using windows 10 64bit, steam, vortex version, Fallout version 1.10.163.0.0,

 

Error message and log here:

Seems the IPC used during installation is failing for some reason. Try reinstalling Vortex or the C++ Redistributables and retry the process.
