Kaningutten
Firstly, I hate when NPC's stop in a doorway or stair and I can't get past them! There is a mod for this already but I couldn't get it to work... I don't like the sounds for footsteps! Especially when you're supposedly sneaking and the sounds don't change at all, they just slow down... Okay, this one is more difficult to fix; I hate character-animation in the game. Well, most of it. Yeah, that's three things. I'll be back if/when I think of something else.
Eiade
I wish hand-to-hand was much better than what it is!!! It's supposed to be like martial arts and be quite effective, but instead it's like freaking boxing and it sucks, and noone ever uses it!! That makes me mad. I agree with Tor_Anders, the character animations are sort of bad. And how come npc's never jump?? And they always use pointless spells like silence on a warrior, and like fortify desctruction and dumb stuff like that. How come npc's get pissed if you attack someone, but not if they attack you? Just to name a few... Morrowind is still an awesome game, but some little things about it just don't make sense.
Kaningutten
I wish hand-to-hand was much better than what it is!!! It's supposed to be like martial arts and be quite effective, but instead it's like freaking boxing and it sucks, and noone ever uses it!! That makes me mad. There is a mod called Combat Moves by GhanBuriGhan which let's you use combo's. Here's a quote from the readme on Hand-to-hand:Move level 1:A fast left-right-left combination of hits will weaken your players defences and allow you to do real health damage relative to your strength. If your opponent is too skilled this will just exhaust you.Move level 2:A straight forward jump and mid-air hit will knock your opponent off his or her feet, doing real damage and in addition allowing you to get some punches in on the unconscious. People unskilled in martial arts tend to just risk loosing their balance in this manoeuvre.Move level 3Focus yourself for 3 seconds and then do a rapid attack on your opponent to disarm him or her ? now you can fight on equal terms. While concentrating you cannot strike, and any successful hit by the enemy will break your concentration. A failed attempt of the disarm manoeuvre itself will put you off balance, temporarily rendering you unable to fight well. Performing this on an already disarmed opponent will result in a critical strike. Also playing a vampire with Vampire Embrace really makes Hand-To-Hand useful! I thought of another thing, too; When you steal something NPC's shouldn't attack you if it's not valuable, say worth less than 20 gold (?) or something... This could also change depending on how much that NPC likes you... EDIT: And, Eiade, you should try Combat Enhanced, By Aerelorn, if you haven't already! It let's you do combo's, too. In fact use the entire Morrowind Enhance series... It's great!

Crim, The Red Thunder
let's see... - Dunmer. Nuff Said. - Not being able to wear boots of blinding speed, and not willing to cheat and get a ring of speed + 1000... (Note: Hand to Hand IS useful, if nothing else, then just for leveling up. Because of the insane amount of hits you have to land, hand-to-hand will level up faster then other weapon types. Since i started using it, my theif has gone up 12 levels in less then a day. But the damage sucks... fatigue damage is pretty good though... Anyone know where i can find the Combat moves mod? enhanced hand-to-hand is pretty useful, and if you just want to level the playing field between hand-to-hand, then get "fists of fire" (naming might be off a letter or two...), and if alwways doing health damage bothers you, then get the 'enemy hand to hand mod." (dont remember the real name... it makes enemy's hand-to-hand attacks do direct damage. Not as GREAT as yours CAN get... but it works well, especially in addition to the "Combat Enhanced" mod. In fact, it has been extensively tested for compatibility with that mod.) That Said, - HAND-TO-FREAKIN-HAND COMBAT!!!!!!! ARRRRGGGHHH!!! IVE HIT THIS THING 124 TIMES AND IT'S STILL NOT DEAD!!!!!!! THERE ARE FREAKIN SPIKES ON THE ENDS OF MY GAUNTLETS AND I CANT GOUGE CHUNKS OUT OF IT????? - Limited quests for EVERY place... i mean, the mages guild could always have new apprentices come in and need help with THEIR thesis papers... And more advanced mages could always want a specific staff, or a quantity of potions for an experiment... (BTW, the morag tong cant keep giving writs forever, because then you'd have towns filled with nothing but quest NPC's... then you get another writ, and propechy is shattered.) NinjaSalad
Check out the link above, I'm not sure if there's hand to hand or not...
FlightlessBird
My complaints with morrowind... The cliff racers. Thats pretty much it... but uh...lemme think... how the ashlands take up 60% of Vvardenfell is pretty anoyin. Made me stay away from the main quest for a while, cause I'd rather see green than black and red and brown. Not to mention that place is INFESTED with Cliff racers. As far as technicalities... Same grievances that the people before me have. Not sitting down, (Even though hand-to-hand is really helpful) the hand-to-hand limitaions... etc... Kaningutten
I just noticed another little irritating thing while taking out the sixt-house-dudes at Kogoruhn today; When I were in 'spell-mode', ready to launch my spells, and picked up a sixt house amulet the spell got disabled and I had to open the inventory to equip it again... happened everytime I picked up an amulet, but the things are worth 2000 so I had to have them... :greedy-male without a father: ;)
