Problems with mod implementation (probably noobish topic, pls do not be too harsh)

Hello my dear friends!
I'm new to the modding of Fallout 4!
I have a problem with starting the new game. I've downloaded around 45 mods and there is a problem - loading and few seconds later, green loading sign disappears and all screen stays black. If I load old save, everything seems working and I can play with mods. Can someone explain me what is the matter? Also it seems not every mods is working properly (example: Rich Merchants 1.1). Am I doing some mistakes? Can I contact someone privately and talk about modding etc? Full lists of my mods:
